LDM released at LIGO-MIT

The LIGO Data Monitoring (LDM) environment is a software toolkit to enable LIGO data monitors on the LIGO data grid (and hopefully the Open Science Grid in future). It is built on top the LIGO data grid client environment. This is developed in close collaboration with Filippo Grimaldi of the MIT LIGO Laboratory.
